Complete Chloroplast Genome Sequence of Chenopodium album from Northeastern India
Chenopodium album belongs to the complex genus Chenopodium of the family Amaranthaceae. It is an economically and medicinally important plant. We report here the first complete chloroplast genome sequence of C. album from northeastern India. This study shall add extensive information on the evolutionary relationships of the genus Chenopodium.
متن کاملComplete Chloroplast Genome Sequence of Dendrobium nobile from Northeastern India
The orchid species Dendrobium nobile belonging to the family Orchidaceae and genus Dendrobium (a vast genus that encompasses nearly 1,200 species) has an herbal medicinal history of about 2000 years in east and south Asian countries. Here, we report the complete chloroplast genome sequence of D. nobile from northeastern India for the first time.
متن کاملComplete Chloroplast Genome Sequence and Phylogenetic Analysis of Paeonia ostii.
Paeonia ostii, a common oil-tree peony, is important ornamentally and medicinally. However, there are few studies on the chloroplast genome of Paeonia ostii. We sequenced and analyzed the complete chloroplast genome of P. ostii. The size of the P. ostii chloroplast genome is 152,153 bp, including a large single-copy region (85,373 bp), a small single-copy region (17,054 bp), and a pair of inver...
متن کاملComplete Chloroplast Genome Sequence of Phagomixotrophic Green Alga Cymbomonas tetramitiformis
We report here the complete chloroplast genome sequence of Cymbomonas tetramitiformis strain PLY262, which is a prasinophycean green alga that retains a phagomixotrophic mode of nutrition. The genome is 84,524 bp in length, with a G+C content of 37%, and contains 3 rRNAs, 26 tRNAs, and 76 protein-coding genes.
